Resolved Question: What state has the hottest girls?

I am from Wisconsin and I think the quality of the girls is abysmal. There are a few diamonds in the rough, but it is like finding a Mercedes at a Kia dealer. I have a second house in Wyoming (big skier) and I think that Colorado girls are up there. Illinois (Chicago) is up there. Minnesota (minneapolis) is ok. California is probably top dog.
